Privacy policy

This policy explains what Fluorine Technologies, Inc. (“Rendition”, “we”) collects, why, and how it is handled.

What we collect

  • Contact and account data: your name, work email, company, role, the states and number of locations you file in, and how you file today — from the get-started form and from signing in.
  • Asset data: the fixed-asset ledgers you upload or connect (asset descriptions, costs, acquisition dates, locations), the renditions prepared from them, and the notices and assessments you share with us.
  • Accounting connections: if you connect QuickBooks Online we read fixed-asset records through Intuit's API. Access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted and used only to read that data; you can disconnect at any time from the app or from your Intuit account.
  • Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept for security and debugging.

How we use it

To map your filing obligations, prepare and file renditions, track deadlines and notices, send transactional email and reminders, respond to your requests, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your data to train AI models.

Service providers

We rely on hosting and database providers, an email delivery provider for sign-in links and notifications, a scheduling provider for booking calls, and an AI provider that receives asset descriptions to suggest property classifications. Each processes data only on our instructions. Renditions and supporting schedules are shared with a county or state office only when you approve a filing.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and filing data while your account is active and for as long as tax record-keeping rules require, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your account and disconnect any accounting integration at any time; we will also remove stored access tokens.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@tryrendition.ai. Residents of states with privacy laws (including California, Texas and Florida) may have additional rights, which we will honor as those laws require.

Changes and contact

We will post updates here and change the date above. Questions go to hello@tryrendition.ai.
